Best papers award

· The Czechoslovakia section of IEEE is going to organize the competition for best papers which accepted at the conference or workshops. The selection will be based on reviews and evaluation of sections' chairs after presentations. The best papers will be awarded by special diplomas of the Czechoslovakia section of IEEE. A similar competition will be held for student's papers too.
